Terms and Conditions:

Price per villa /studio and per day.

Villa occupancy: 4 people. Extra bed possible for an additional fee.

Studio occupancy: 3 people. Extra bed possible for an additional fee.

A cot can be provided.

How to book: on our website or by email info@villasrufino.com

Payment conditions: 30% of the total amount must be paid in the booking act; the remaining 70% must be paid in the check-in. Any booking only becomes effective with the 30% payment.

Cancellation policy: Deposit amount (less bank charges) only reimbursed if cancelled until 60 days prior to arrival date.

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.

Cleaning, bed linen and towels: Cleaning every 3 days, towels changed on that occasion. Bed linen changed every 7 days.

Pets are not allowed.
