All our villas have 2 bedrooms, the same layout and direct sea views. They are semi-detached villas of approximately 95 m2, spread over 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher), a toilet, a storeroom and a living room, which leads out onto a terrace with a barbecue and sea views.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, and a bathroom that serves both bedrooms.
The south-facing bedroom has a terrace with sea views.
